Thanks to a production method regulated by strict and scrupulous norms, this wine has become synonymous of absolute quality, obtained by using grapes of noble vines, harvested by hand, naturally refermented in bottle, and subjected to a slow aging on yeasts - not less than 18 months, 30 for the Millesimati and 60 months for the Riserve.
