The Milan wine festival with over 300 events involving more and more places and points of interest in the city.
Milano Wine Week is the event dedicated to wine in Milan, aimed at spreading wine culture in an innovative way, through the organization of seminars, aperitifs, tasting and many other initiatives dedicated both to professionals and consumers alike. After the great success of 2018, the Milanese city is preparing to host the second edition of the festival, from October 6th to 13th. During this week, the city changes its face and turns into a great international stage for the Wine world.
As already happened for other Italian excellences such as fashion and design, Milan invest in the wine sector, opening its doors to the 2019 Milano Wine Week, a format of the Association Milano Wine Week, produced by SG Company.
The beating heart of the event is, this year as well, Palazzo Bovara in Corso Venezia, 51. The calendar of the event, enriched day by day, already features more than 300 events. Among the activities dedicated to the public consumers, a particular focus will be dedicated to the Wine Districts that will involve some of the main attraction poles of the city through the pairing of each district with a wine consortium.
“The Milano Wine Week 2019 – explains Federico Gordini, founder and president of the Milanese wine festival – aims to be the arrival and starting point for a new generation of producers, restaurateurs, wine managers, sommeliers, consultants and wine sellers who have inherited or built companies and who look for new languages and new approaches to the wine universe. And, above all, this is a great opportunity for consumers to get closer to wine through emotional experiences”.
